Shaken by the tragic death of his sister, a young man named Jeremy agrees to work at a Christian summer camp so that he can chase a girl that he likes. Upon arriving, he is given the job of counselor for five young gang members who are there as part of their sentence. The gang sees right through Jeremy's lukewarm Christian commitment. As the film progresses though, some interesting things happen for both Jeremy and the gang members.
